Sausalito Village: Tales of the Trails: Patagonia

In pursuit of checking off a bucket-list adventure, Lisa Brinkmann set her sights on Patagonia. After a marathon journey of long flights and multiple transfers, she arrived at an EcoCamp tucked into the dramatic Chilean Patagonia range. From there, she took on the 50-mile “W” trek, rediscovering life in a sleeping bag and tent, hiking through fierce winds and driving rain, and savoring the unforgettable reward of clear, sunny views of the soaring Torres del Paine peaks.
